In my talk I will be sharing how tech leaders can develop their leadership distinction through my insights such as my 3 I's of Cutting Edge Leadership, the difference between a mindset and a state of mind and how to become legacy-minded in the era of creative distinction and beyond. I'll also share how to become more agile, disruptive and a future thinker using my ODA Leadership Model™ and my insight below. The push for machine learning and deep learning is growing at an exponential rate, but the world is searching for creative and deep thinkers, the human learners who can create and deliver disruptive value on local, national and global platforms.

📣 What inspired you to choose this particular topic for your talk?

Onyi: The inspiration comes from my purpose, passion and positioning to equip, educate and empower tech leaders on how to become value driven disruptor's in this aeon called the era of creative distinction.

📣 How would you say your talk would benefit the developers, or professionals in other fields?

Onyi: The benefit will come from understanding, learning and applying how to become a disruptive and distinctive value driven tech leader in a time of AI becoming even more value driven and disruptive. Yes others in different fields will definitely benefit from it, becoming a value driven and disruptive leader is the order of the century.

📣 If you could give us 1-3 main takeaways for your upcoming talk, what would they be?

Onyi:

• The essence of becoming a yardstick 21st century tech leader
• How to leverage the 3 C's of 'creative and disruptive leadership.'
• How to leverage AI to become a value driven tech leader.

Onyi: My keynote will be interactive with a Q&A at the end.
